The blue & white tiled kitchen with dishwasher, roomy fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, mico, kettle and washing machine. Two double bedrooms and 1 triple room PLUS adjoining annexe  sleeping 4 more. Two bathrooms with showers. Two WC's.  First floor Family suite: 1 double + 1 single.

Enclosed lawn garden along side main house with BBQ, swings, slides and lots of toys for little kids. Lockable gate leading to grassed area with swimming pool, fishing pond, sand pit.  New! Summer house with dining tables and  seating for 14 beside the spring-fed pond which is regularly stocked with trout to keep the odds of catching the evening meal in your favour! A 6 person pedalo with sundeck, 2 rowing boats and fishing tackle are all provided - even the bait!  Pitch and put golf course.  Volleyball.  Badminton net.  A 4.5m above ground wooden swimming pool completes this paradise for kids of all ages.

The cottage is ideally placed for exploring the empty lanes of the Vallee on foot, cycle or by car. Restaurants & shops 10 mins. Sandy beaches of Le Touquet or Ste. Cecile within 25 mins.

Tariff:  £1425pw mid July & August (house + annexe mandatory)
Other months: £ 595 - £1250pw main house only sleeps 10.  Annexe opt.

Le Weekend:  Nov-Apr(ex holiday wks) min 3 nites.  Possibility of annexe only for 4.
Bag-a-Bargain weeks: June & Sept £1050 house only  (Annexe optional).
