Location:
Lovely country setting near Le Touquet amidst the rolling hills of the Vallee de la Course.  Located in the same peaceful hamlet as it’s much sought after sister property – La Bouquetterie.  General store and boulangerie in next village.  Major shopping 10 minutes at Montreuil sur Mer.  Le Touquet and coastal beaches 20 min.

Property Description: 
Constructed in 2007 by its builder/owner to a similar design as La Bouquetterie, Bouquetterie Too fits the bill for those who need a little less space.  The house is offered as a 7 bedroom sleeping 19 with a 2 room Attic Playroom for the kids.  But should your party grow between booking and arrival you have the option of re-arranging the attic floor as 2 more twin bedded rooms bringing the total sleeping to 23.  In addition (if it suits your sleeping requirements better, there is a double sofa bed on the first floor mezzanine).

Built as a replacement property for the older, La Cheneraie (now retired), Bouquetterie Too offers not only more space but up-to-the-minute kitchen and bathroom facilities. Everything brand spanking new!   Generous reception and dining areas provide plenty of space for large parties to spread.  The roomy bedrooms are a mix of doubles, twins & quads – and most importantly – each is individually accessed.  All the bathrooms are double size with bath, separate stall showers, his & her basins and lots of WC’s.

Reception rooms:
The spacious, beamed dining room has been decorated with accents of cheery yellow and a collection of Van Gogh’s iris prints.  The table can seat up to 24 and overlooks the fireplace.  Lounge seating is provided in a large alcove on the far side of the fireplace and is equipped with TV, video and DVD players.  From here French doors open on to a patio deck with more dining and seating.  Just off the reception area is a reading/board games corner furnished with a card table, chairs and sofa. 

Kitchen:
The adjacent kitchen (as at La Bouquetterie) is separated by a breakfast bar. It is spacious enough for more than one cook and is equipped  with the same party size oven and hobs, built in micro, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and full range of small electrical appliances and cookware. There is amble crockery, cutlery and glassware for up to 24 people.  At the centre is a breakfast table & chairs,   In the adjoining utility room you will find a 2nd refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer.

Bedrooms:
There are 7 large bedrooms in the Main House - all non- linking - and the option of 2 more in the Attic when it is not being used as a playroom.

Ground floor - 2  bedrooms with large double beds.
First floor     - 5 bedrooms:  one 4 poster, 1 twin, 1 double, 1 quad and 1 with 5 beds.

Attic – Playroom or 2 twin bedrooms: for extended parties there is the option of the attic playroom for sleeping.  There are no facilities on the attic floor.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 double aspect bathrooms in the house.  One on the ground floor between the 2 double bedrooms and two on the first floor all with bath, separate stall shower and double basins.  There are no bathroom facilities on the attic floor.

 WC’s:
There is one in the hall next to the bathroom on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.  There are none on the attic floor.

Grounds and garden:

At the front of the house is a grass lawn bordered by a wide, gravel drive with plenty of parking space.  Immediately behind the house is a wooden deck for outdoor eating and a wooden walkway leading to the swimming pool.  The pool pavilion/outdoor games room on the right completes the courtyard quadrangle.

Beyond the fenced swimming pool is huge grass   field with goal nets being offered for use as a football pitch or other ball games.

Pool Pavillion/Games Room:

A separate pool pavilion provides more seating, table tennis and tables for board games.   A separate utility room in the pavilion is equipped with another shower for after beach or pool use. 

ENCLOSED HEATED SWIMMING POOL

The in-ground swimming pool measuring 10 x 5m is heated and maintained at 26 degrees. The cost of heating the pool is included in the price of the rental.  A wooden deck surrounds the pool. The pool    is fully secured by a wooden enclosure with a lockable gate.  Sun beds, parasols and drinks tables   are provided.

The pool is available Mid May-end of Sept only.

Heating & Hot Water
Available all year the property has fuel under floor central heating on the ground floor and radiators in the upper floor bedrooms.   Hot water is included in the cost of the rental.   The whole house is double glazed and there is a large log burning fireplace in the living/dining room.

Linen                                                                                                                                                                    Both bed linen and towels are available for hire at reasonable cost.  There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs provided for your use.

The heated pool set in extensive, well equipped grounds, indoor and outdoor playrooms, generous living space equipped with TV, video, DVD and CD players, lots of bedrooms with good bathrooms facilities, and of course its proximity to the Ports makes this an ideal all year round choice for your holiday or family occasion.
