Stunning country setting near Le Touquet amidst the rolling hills of the Vallee de la Course.  Located in the same peaceful hamlet as it’s much sought after sister property – La Bouquetterie.  General store and boulangerie in next village.  Major shopping 10 minutes at Montreuil sur Mer and Le Touquet and coastal beaches 12 miles.

Bouquetterie Too is a large property with up-to-the-minute kitchen and bathroom facilities. 
Built only a few years ago  everything has maintained in very good condition both inside and out  Generous reception and dining areas provide plenty of space for large parties to spread.  The roomy bedrooms are a mix of doubles, twins & quads –
and most importantly – each is individually accessed.  All the bathrooms are double size (his & her) with bath, separate stall showers, & double basins and their are lots of WC’s.

Reception rooms:
The spacious, beamed living/dining room has been decorated with accents of cheery yellow and a collection of Van Gogh’s iris prints.  The table can seat up to 24 and overlooks the fireplace.  Lounge seating is provided around the fireplace and is equipped with TV, video and DVD players.  From here French doors open on to a patio deck with further dining and seating.  . 

The adjacent kitchen  is separated by a breakfast bar. It is generous enough for more than one cook and is equipped  with an extra wide oven and hobs, built in micro, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a full range of small electrical appliances and cookware.  At its centre is a breakfast table 
& chairs,   In the adjoining utility room you will find a 2nd refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer.

Bedrooms:  9 bedrooms on 3 floors sleeping up to 24.
There are 7 large bedrooms spread between  ground and first floors - all non- linking - plus the addition of 2 more twin bedded rooms in the second floor attic one of which can otherwise be used as a kid's playroom.

Ground floor - 2  bedrooms with large double beds.
First floor     - 5 bedrooms:  one 4 poster, 1 twin, 1 double, 1 quad and 1 with 5 beds.
Attic – 2 twin bedrooms or a family suite sleeping 4 (or 1 room to be used as a kiddy playroom). There are no facilities on the attic floor.

There are 3 double aspect bathrooms in the house.  One on the ground floor between the 2 double bedrooms and two on the first floor all with bath, separate stall shower and double basins.  

 WC’s:  4 in total
There is one in the hall next to the bathroom on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.  There are no WC's on the attic floor.

Grounds and garden:

At the front of the house is a grass lawn bordered by a wide, gravel drive with plenty of parking space.  Immediately behind the house is a wooden deck for outdoor eating and a wooden walkway leading to the swimming pool.  The pool pavilion the right completes the courtyard quadrangle features a covered games room.

As at La Bouquetterie, there is plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor dining.  There is also a dedicated play area for the little ones with swings, rocking horse, mini basketball and a toddler’s paddling pool.

Beyond the enclosed swimming pool is huge grass field with goal nets being offered for use as a football pitch or other ball games.


Pool Pavillion/Games Room:

A separate pool pavilion provides more seating, table tennis and tables for board games.   A separate utility room in the pavilion is equipped with another shower for after beach or pool use. 


The in-ground swimming pool measures 10 x 5m and is heated.   
A wooden deck surrounds the pool. The pool is fully secured by a wooden enclosure with a lockable gate.  

Heating/Electricity & Hot Water
The property has a very efficient fuel central heating -  under floor on the ground floor and electric radiators in first and  second floor bedrooms. 

The whole house is double glazed and exceptionally well insulated.  There is a large log burning fireplace in the living/dining room.


Heated pool set in extensive, well tended grounds equipped with indoor and outdoor playrooms, generous reception space, 9 good size bedrooms with excellent bathroom facilities, efficient double glazing and central heating in winter and of course its proximity to the Channel Ports makes this an ideal year round choice.
Private parking for at least 8 cars.
