Description:
Third in the trilogy of houses constructed by its builder/owner,
Le Vieux Pommier, follows the same format as La
Bouquetterie & Bouquetterie Too and is furnished &
decorated to a similar standard. Offering 6 bedrooms it is an ideal
choice for parties of14 who are seeking a high standard of
accommodation and a heated swimming pool(in season). Double glazing and
central heating make it a comfortable choice throughout the year.
Reception
rooms:
A spacious open plan ground floor is well presented with carefully defined dining and sitting areas. It offers much the same charm
and style as the largest houses, La Bouquetterie & Bouquetterie
Too, but is a little more homely for smaller groups. A
long table seats 14 comfortably and is separated from the kitchen by
a breakfast serving bar. French doors open on to a terrace with
more outdoor seating and BBQ.

At
the opposite side of the open plan ground floor is a very comfortably furnished
sitting area arranged around a cozy log fire and equipped with
English TV
video, DVD & CD players.
Kitchen:
The attractive kitchen is fully fitted with sleek wooden units
incorporating a large size oven, hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and
dishwasher. There is a full range of small electrical appliances
and cooking equipment. Crockery, cutlery and glassware is more
than ample for 14.

Bedrooms:
There are 6 generous bedrooms in the house. Two doubles on
the ground floor share a bathroom and WC. On the first floor there
is another double bedded room and 2 twin bedrooms & 1 quad
room all with single
beds.
 
 
Bathrooms:
As at La Bouquetterie and at Bouquetterie Too, all bathrooms are
double aspect 'his & hers':.
Ground floor – bath, separate stall shower, his & her basins.
First floor – bath, separate stall shower, double basins &
WC. Another WC on first floor hall.
3 WC’s:
Ground floor: 1 in hall next to bathroom.
First floor: 1 off mezzanine & 1 in first floor bathroom.
Central Heating:
The property is centrally heated with underground
heating on the ground floor provided by a very efficient
aero-therme heat exchange unit. First floor radiators are
individually controlled. Well insulated and double glazed this is a
very cozy property in winter.
During the winter months an allowance of wood related to the length
of your stay is also included in the cost of the rental.
Additional baskets are available at cost price.
Electricity:
Electricity is at cost - you pay only for what you use.
Bed Linen & towel hire:
Both bed linen and towels are available for hire at reasonable cost
or you have the option of taking your own. English size duvets and pillows
are provided.
Cots &
highchairs: 1 cot and 1 high chair are
provided in the cost of the rental.
Garden & Grounds:
The garden has been laid to lawn at the front, side and back of the
house and is approached by a wide gravel drive with
plenty of private
parking space.

At the rear of the house (accessed by French doors from
the dining room) is a paved terrace with purpose built BBQ, patio
dining table and chairs. A short path
leads from the terrace to the fully enclosed swimming pool.

Beyond
the
pool area is more lawn and beyond that is a private fenced off
playing field earmarked for football and other ball games. Goal nets
& football provided.

Play
House:
Located at the back of the garden but in clear view from both the
house and swimming pool is the newly refurbished play house
for the little ones. The old cabin has now been
completely remodeled in pine with a pantiled roof and even its own little veranda.
Equipped with toys and games and furnished both inside and out it is
truly the stuff
of life-long childhood memories. What child wouldn't love it
on sight - the only problem might be when its time to go!

+ Kids' Play Space:
Adjoining the rear terrace is another dedicated children’s play area
which is equipped with swings, a rocking
horse, mini basket ball and a blow up paddling pool for toddlers.
Games/Pool Pavilion:
In the purpose built pavilion adjacent to the pool you will find additional seating,
table tennis, basket ball net, board games and other items of
interest for older 'kids'.
Swimming Pool:
A 9 X 4.5m swimming pool framed by a wooden deck has been
inset
in the middle of the rear garden. The pool is fully enclosed
by
wooden fencing and is secured. The
pool
is heated free of charge.

Parking:
There is off road private parking for 6 cars.
Available all year.

End of Stay Cleaning: the property is to be left clean as found OR
you have the option of arranging a cleaner to do it for you.
