Location:
Same delightful country setting as its bigger sisters, La Bouquetterie 
& Bouquetterie Too – same peaceful hamlet only 10 minutes drive to medieval Montreuil sur Mer/ 25 minutes to Le Touquet and coast. 
Local shop in next village. Major shopping at Montreuil.

Property Description:
Third in the trilogy of houses constructed by their builder/owner, Le Vieux Pommier, follows the same format as La Bouquetterie & Bouquetterie Too and is furnished & decorated to a similar standard.  Offering 6 bedrooms it is an ideal choice for parties of 12 – 16 who
seek a high standard of accommodation with a heated swimming pool.  Double glazing and central heating make it a good choice throughout
the year.

Reception rooms:
A spacious open plan ground floor is well presented with carefully
defined dining and sitting  areas.  It offers much the same charm and style as the largest, La Bouquetterie, but is more homely.  A long table seats 16 comfortably and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast/serving bar.  French doors open on to a terrace with more outdoor seating and BBQ.

On the opposite side of the house is a very comfortably furnished
sitting area arranged around a cosy log fire and equipped with TV,
video, DVD & CD players.

Kitchen:
The brand new kitchen is fully fitted with sleek wooden units incorporating a large size oven, hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  There is a full range of small electrical appliances and cooking equipment.  Crockery, cutlery and glassware is ample for 16.

Bedrooms:
There are 6 generous bedrooms in the house.  Two doubles on the
ground floor share a bathroom and WC.  On the first floor there is another double room and 2 triple bedrooms & 1 quad with single beds. 
In addition there is a double sofa bed on the central mezzanine on the first floor should it be needed.

Bathrooms:  As at La Bouquetterie and at Bouquetterie Too all
the bathrooms are double aspect.  
Ground floor – bath, separate stall shower, double basins.
First floor – bath, separate stall shower, double basins & WC.  Another WC on first floor hall.

3 WC’s:
Ground floor:  1 in hall next to bathroom.
First floor:  1 off mezzanine &  1 in first floor bathroom.

Central Heating & Hot Water:
The property is centrally heated throughout with cosy underground heating on the ground floor.  Hot water is included in the cost of the rental.  There is a small supplement for CH in the winter months.

Garden & Grounds:
The garden has been laid to lawn at the front, side and back of the
house and  is approached by a wide gravel drive with plenty of off
road parking space.

Immediately to the rear of the house (accessed by French doors
from the dining room) is a paved terrace with purpose built BBQ. A
path leads from here to the fully enclosed swimming pool.  Beyond
the pool area is more lawn and beyond that is a private fenced off
playing field earmarked for football or other ball games.  Goal nets
& football provided.

Kiddie Play Space:
A dedicated children’s play area is equipped with swings, a rocking horse, mini basket ball and a blow up paddling pool provided for toddlers.

Play Cabin:
Behind the swimming pool a small play cabin has been erected for the little ones.  It is furnished with a table, chairs and various toys and
games.

Games/Pool Pavilion:
In the purpose built pavilion you will find additional seating, table tennis, and board games.  Basket ball net.

Swimming Pool:
A 9 X 4.5m swimming pool framed by a wooden deck has been
inset in the middle of the rear garden.  The pool is fully enclosed
by wooden fencing and is secured
.  It is heated and maintained
at 26c  the cost of which is included in the rental.

The pool is available Mid May-end of Sept only

Central Heating:
The centrally heated house has under floor heating on the ground floor   and individually controlled radiators in the first floor bedrooms.  In
winter months there is a small supplement for central heating. 

Hot water is included in the cost of the rental year round.

An allowance of wood is also included in the cost of the rental.  Additional baskets are available at cost.

Bed Linen & towel hire:
Both bed linen and towels are available for hire at reasonable cost. 
Please complete and return your reservation form when you pay the balance of your rental.

Cots & highchairs:  1 cot and 1 high chair are provided.
Parking:There is off road private parking for at least 6+ cars.

Tariff:  Available all year.

Le Weekend  (2 or 3 nite stay) available Nov–April ex holiday weeks from Ł750.
Bag-a-bargain discounted full week only rates available June–mid July & Sept.
